This is the first time we have used Katie and our border collie and caviler King Charles look so much better and would highly recommend. Katie did not rush the grooming process, provided lovely updates and photos throughout their grooming journey and was genuinely very caring towards the dogs. Would highly recommend.

The service that Percy’s Grooming Parlour provides is second to none!! Katie has been grooming our German Shepard for over a year now, and we would never send our precious boy to anyone else. Katie’s natural dedication and loving nature towards dogs is at the heart of the service she provides. Not only does she provide deliciously, organic treats throughout the groom, she also uses all of the best products! Time is NEVER limited when Katie is grooming a dog and she always sends heart-warming photos of the journey, throughout the groom. The end results are always exceptional and our boy returns from his groom calm, happy and full!!! 10/10 services from a lady who has perfected the art of dog grooming! Would highly, highly recommend this service.

Our doogle Amber is a little ball of anxiety since having a few trips to the vet, but Katie once again has worked her magic and been super patient and gentle with her today. Every dog is in safe and caring hands with Katie! If I could give 6 stars I would 😀🐺

Murphy went for his first groom and was showered with love and chicken! He was so happy there and lots of progress pictures sent over! He is one handsome pup now and he still has his eyebrows!

Rambo had the most wonderful groom with Katie. He has never looks so well clipped and he was quite knotted. He’s excited to go back for his next groom. The marshmallow treats he loved and he can’t wait to have his teeth scaled and polished. Thank you katie.

If Carlsberg did doggie pampering it would be Percy’s parlour. Katie absolutely loves every dog she grooms and it is more than just a job for her. Boo and Olive went for a tidy up today to cope with the warm weather. They came out looking and smelling wonderful, not of overpowering baby powder but of soothing loveliness. I would highly recommend Katie - not everyone can manage 2 Cavachons at a time, particularly when one appears to have anxiety issues.

My two giant German shepherds go to Percy’s for a wash & groom, Katie is absolutely amazing with them as my girl dog is a little anxious & noisy, Katie takes her time, is so kind and thorough with them & sends me little updates which is lovely. They both come out looking & smelling great, she is worth every penny & I trust her wholly with my two as they are a handful.

I contacted Percy’s Parlour last minute to see if there was any availability for my puppy’s first groom , and what can I say…. He loved it!!! Katie was fantastic with him. Gentle , patient , kind and generally passionate about what she does. My puppy looked fabulous and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for his first time. I will be using Katie on a regular basis and highly recommend Percy’s Parlour. Thank you Sarah x

Baxter visited Percy’s Parlour yesterday, he usually gets nervous at the dog groomers, but not at Percy’s Parlour! He was treated like a VID (very important dog) from the moment he arrived, to the moment he left - much much cleaner and perfectly clipped, trimmed and primped from nose to tail. But most importantly he was wagging his tail and was very relaxed - thank you Katie, a perfectly pampered pooch! 🥰
